These terms are an agreement between you and BufferSol Technologies for your use of the Trayo app. By using Trayo you agree to them.
Not medical advice
Trayo helps you follow the wear schedule your orthodontist or dentist gave you. It does not provide dental or medical advice. Always follow your clinician's instructions. Reminders only reflect the settings you choose.
Free and Pro
The core timer, widget, tile, reminders and tray journey are free. Trayo Pro adds unlimited photos and timelapse, full history and weekly score, family profiles, the orthodontist report and backup.
Subscriptions, trial and renewal
- Pro Monthly and Pro Annual include a 7-day free trial for new customers. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you're charged the price shown on the paywall (for example US9.99/year or US.49/month, or your local price) and the subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel.
- We send a reminder 2 days before your trial ends.
- Cancel anytime in Trayo → Settings → Subscription → Manage or cancel (the Stripe customer portal). Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no renewal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of BufferSol Technologies. Receipts come from BufferSol Technologies.
- Refunds: email support@buffersoltech.com from the address on your receipt. We handle requests fairly and as consumer law in your country requires.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app or our API, reverse engineer it to get around payments, or use it unlawfully.
Your data
See our Privacy policy. Your data belongs to you, and you can delete it at any time.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Trayo reliable, but it's provided "as is". Reminders depend on your phone's settings (for example notification permission and battery optimisation). We may update these terms, and we'll tell you about material changes in the app.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, BufferSol Technologies isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Trayo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
