Delete your Trayo account and data

Trayo works without an account. If you never signed in to back up, all your data is on your phone, and uninstalling the app deletes it.

In the app (fastest)

Open Trayo → Settings → Backup & account → Delete account → type DELETE. Your cloud backup is deleted immediately, any Trayo subscription is cancelled, and the data on your phone is wiped.

Without the app

Send a request from the email address of the Google account you used for backup, or the email on your Trayo receipt. We delete your account, backup data and subscription records that we're not legally required to keep, and cancel any active subscription, within 30 days. We confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Backup data: wear events, settings, tray schedule, profile names and photo details.
Your sign-in identity and subscription status in our database.

What we keep

Payment and invoice records that tax law requires (kept by Stripe and in our accounts, usually 6–7 years). Anonymous analytics that can't be linked to you.
